We Want You gives NZDF a more human approach to recruitment, breaking down misconceptions and showing young people there’s a special place for their own personality and interests to flourish.

Designed to flex, the campaign evolves and adapts as needed. Assets spill out into hundreds of unique pieces of content, relevant to different passions and roles – showing that whatever you’re interested in, you can foster those skills through a Defence Career.

The integrated campaign directs people to a completely reconfigured online application hub, complete with a unique ‘Passion Finder’ – instead of trying to fit yourself into a career, the tool flips the usual search process by matching careers to what’s important to you.

We Want You puts the individual and their interests at the centre of the recruitment process. A critical flip for attracting a new generation of our force.
