QR code posters focused on ‘stopping the spread’ during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

They were due a refresh.

The strategy is to now focus on the positives that scanning can bring back. The insight is that scanning doesn’t just protect the people you love from the effects of COVID-19, it protects the things you love to do too.

Our simple, visual idea, takes the classic ‘I LOVE NZ’ t-shirt design and gives it a twist.

The act of scanning, becomes synonymous with the act of loving New Zealand.

It’s a way of showing support for all the cafés, bars, clubs, community centres, sports events and gigs that make our country hum. Giving people the best reason to scan yet – for the things that make life worth living.

An accompanying animated film encourages uptake.
