Reframing the exciting potential of retail

Retail. That’s all shopfloors and stacking shelves, right? Nope.

The retail industry can offer a serious career path. It goes wider, deeper and farther than you could ever imagine. Young people are making bank, climbing ladders, developing skills, and growing at an incredible pace. But it takes a certain type of person. The ambitious, the hungry, collaborative and those eager to learn.

The ‘It’s not for everyone’ creative platform explores the type of roles and people absolutely killing it, working in the ever-evolving retail industry. To get the word out to the hard-to-reach youth audience, we created an influencer campaign that dived into ‘7 Roles in 7 Days’.

In collaboration with the Karori Diary, the Tik Tok-first campaign saw young influencers slip into our audience’s world and give them an authentic insight into the opportunity that awaits those keen to get stuck in.
